MekaMon Combines Robotics and Biology

A new game will be released next year than combines physical robots, biological movement and video game mechanics. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3I_X9ph0r3Y is from UK company Reach Robotics and offers a new way for families to play together.

The AR mode sees the player use a smartphone to see an imaginary world and fight with one robot. Add another MekaMon into the mix and you can have real world robot-vs-robot battles.

MekaMon will be available this year in a limited numbers Beta and then more widely available in 2017.
